Q. Will my dog get out to play at all?
A. Yes! Our guests go out for playtime twice a day in our large secure 40 foot long outdoor shaded exercise runs. No leashes! They are free to run and play
in the area. We also offer supervised community playtime and socialization with other guests, as well as, individual pet nature walks.
Q. What will my dog or cat get to eat during his/her stay?
A. We feed Nutro Max Premium Dog and Cat Food and Bil-Jac Frozen Dog Food.

A. Of course! We have no problem with this arrangement, especially if your pet is on a special diet.
Q. May I bring toys, bedding or treats?
A. Absolutely! You can bring in anything you feel will make your pet more comfortable. However, we provide deluxe doggie beds at no extra charge.

A. Very much so. Our kennel is cleaned everyday without fail! All our guests are required to have up-to-date vaccinations
and since we are not a veterinary facility, we do not allow sick animals on our premises.
Q. My pet is on medication! Will this be a problem?
A. No! We routinely administer medications to our guests each and every day. In the case of specialized medications we would have to
discuss this with you.

A. One standard of measuring the kennel owner's interest in their profession is their membership in the American Boarding Kennel Association.
You can be certain ABKA members are keeping current on the latest developments within the industry.
Q. How should I expect my dog to act when returning home?
A. Your dog will be very excited to see you. Excitement will cause your dog to pant a lot, lose body water and be thirsty. This is normal.
